Mini Install Guide

Install AppLocale and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (see links below).

Mount the ISO file found in the biggest archive using Daemon Tools, or other virtual dvd application.

Run Applocale and point it to the setup.exe file (it's in the 'setup' folder).

Install the game normally.

After install, extract the content of the 'NO-DVD' archive into the game installation folder, and run the executable. It will patch the game so it won't need the dvd, and gets rid of the 'outside of japan' error.

Enjoy. When you run the game, first button is 'start game' and second is 'options'.

If your webcam doesn't work ingame, check if you have more than one webcam/imaging device by going to the last tab in the game options.
